Terms of service

The service

GPU Club provides a software service: an OpenAI-compatible inference endpoint served from a dedicated GPU that a fixed number of subscribers use together. You subscribe to a plan and receive an API key. You do not own, rent or share ownership of any hardware.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are monthly subscriptions billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout and on your invoice. A subscription renews until you cancel it; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Where the service has started at your request, the refund is reduced in proportion to the service used. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to attack other systems, or to generate content that violates the rights of others. Keys are personal to your subscription and may not be resold.

Independent-host clubs

Some clubs run on GPUs rented from independent hosts through the Vast.ai marketplace. The host controls the machine and could in principle read or alter traffic on it. You agree not to send personal data or confidential material to an independent-host club, and you acknowledge this before checkout. Use a Datacenter club for such material.

Availability

Each club’s GPU runs around the clock while the club exists. When a host fails or is replaced, requests are answered with a retry hint until the new machine is healthy. We publish uptime and restart counts on every club page and do not promise a service level beyond what those pages show.

Liability

The service is provided as described on its pages. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
