What we store
Your email address, your subscription and payment records (held by Paddle), your API keys in hashed form, and token counts per request for billing. We do not store the content of your requests or responses.
Where it runs
Datacenter clubs run in EU datacenters operated by RunPod under a Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses. Independent-host clubs run on machines controlled by independent hosts in the EU; their pages say so and ask you not to send personal data there.
What we log
Request ids, timestamps, token counts, latency and error codes. Never prompts, never completions. Our logger drops any field named after request content.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account from the portal. Deletion removes your keys and personal data; aggregated club figures remain, because they contain nothing about you.
