14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. If the club has already started at your request, we refund the unused part of the period.
Clubs that never form
If a club you joined does not reach its seats before its window closes and no other club has room, your payment is refunded in full.
Service problems
If a club is unavailable for a material part of a period for reasons on our side, write to us; we credit or refund the affected part.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within five business days.
